Reveron Consulting @ Year In Infrastructure (YII2018) London
The Pan Borneo Highway, Sarawak (Lebuhraya Borneo Utara) won the Award for “Advancements in Roads & Highways” at The Year In Infrastructure 2018 @ London. LBU was chosen as a finalist from about 500 nominations this year. An independent Jury comprising of 12 distinguished industry experts chose the finalists and subsequently the winners in each category at the YII 2018.
LBU’s adoption of BIM through comprehensive use of Bentley technology coupled with the development of local talent and positive outcomes contributed to wider adoption of BIM & world class practices in Malaysia. This was the key differentiator for the judges to pick LBU as the winner in the Roads and Highways category. The construction of the 1060KM highway is ongoing and is slated to be completed in 2021.
Reveron Consulting is proud to have implemented the Project Information Management System with a CDE for adoption of BIM which integrates over 74 business processes across design and construction for better asset life-cycle management. Reveron is also implementing a Road Asset Management Solution in anticipation of the 1st section of the highway becoming operational soon.
